Join Garland’s Tree Planting Team!

Are you ready to make a lasting impact in our parks? Gather your team of at least five people, grab a vehicle, and join our Tree Planting Program! We’ll provide small trees, shovels, and park locations—you bring the energy and enthusiasm. It’s a great way to give back, beautify the community, and help the environment.

First-Time Volunteers:

Program Details

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult sponsor.
Supplies must be picked up and returned to a designated park service facility.

Arbor Day Tree PlantingHelp us branch out and grow Garland’s urban forest this Arbor Day! Join neighbors, City staff, and community leaders as we plant new trees that will shade, clean, and beautify Woodland Park for generations to come. No green thumb required—just bring your energy and we’ll provide the rest.
